# Managing Files
## BROWSING OPTIONS

The Dashboard allows you to efficiently organize your work around media files by providing tools to quickly reach, modify and rearange created content.
The files are displayed by publication date from the newest to oldest by default
### SEARCHING
**To search** for a staff member click on the **search bar** above the table.
### SORTING
Umpire allows for sorting files by name or creation date in both ascending or descending order.
### Rename a file
To rename a file mark the checkbox next to a file, then press rename file.
### Delete a file
To delete a file mark the ckeckbox next to a file, then press delet button.
### PAGES
To move between pages use pagination arrows located on the bottom right of the table
