Overview
User Management Module is a core feature in software applications that enables administrators to manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access control effectively. It ensures security, organization, and seamless user interaction by offering tools to manage user data and control access to resources within a system.

User Account Management
Registration: Allowing users to create accounts with unique credentials.
Authentication: Secure login methods (e.g., password, multi-factor authentication).
Profile Management: Users can update personal information and preferences.
User Groups and Segmentation
Grouping users for bulk actions or targeted notifications.
Segmentation for personalized services.
Password and Security Management
Password reset and recovery tools.
Enforcing password policies (e.g., complexity, expiration).
Integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity providers.
Notifications and Communication
Sending alerts for account changes, security incidents, or announcements.

User List
User List is a hub for collecting all user related data. In Navigation menu select users then open user list to enter.
User List features a searchbar and an export option.
To Search type in at least 3 characters.
EXPORTING USERS
To export users press EXPORT button. Filter users by User data fields or select other filtering option.
Filter users by Agreements or
User Profile
User profile will display User Name, Surname, Nickname, Contact and date of Birth and User ID.
User Options
Standard User options allow for:
Deleting user
Reseting password
You can request custom features for user administration.
User Data
User Data displays basic user information
Data Changelog
The changelog displays changes user or administrators made in users data and integrations Data.
Agreements
Agreements display legal disclaimers and regulation that user agreed to while using your services. You can change their acceptance status by marking or unmarking the status checkbox.
The history of changes is be displayed below agreement's panel with distinction on when and by who the change was made.
