Creating a Ranking

NEW FORM


To create new form:

Go to the Ranking Dashboard

Click on Create Global ranking Button

New Form will Open

RANKING DETAILS

Provide Ranking details in appropriate fields

  • Name

  • End Date

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

You can provide custom identifying URL or leave this field empty and the system will autmatically generate URL.

ADDING FEATURES

REWARDS

Press ADD PRIZE button to add a prize.

Type in name of the prize and place that the reward is for. if necessary provide an image of the prize.

QUIZES

Connect ranking to quizes. Press on ADD a quiz, select quizes from the table by clicking on the check field and add at least 1 quiz.

PUBLICATION OPTIONS

Publication options allow you to decide if and when the survey will be visible on your website.

To save draft select the save draft button located below status

Saving will only be possible if the form is filled correctly

To publish now select the now option

Then press on the publish now button.

To schedule publication:

Select the plan option

select the date and time

Click on the schedule publication button

To reschedule save the content as a draft. Plan button will reappear once the content is in draft status.

To unpublish select save as a draft button when an event is already published.

To check the publication status see the status field above save draft button.

Status field will display:

  • Draft status - the content will not be visible

  • Published status - the content is visible to visitors. Date and time of publication will be displayed next to status.

  • Scheduled for publication - when you have selected plan option the future date of the publication will be displayed next to the status.

MANAGING THE QUIZ


After the ranking is published you can now further edit the ranking. New window will open detailing Top 5 Users and their scores based on:

  • number of correct answers,

  • game time,

  • average response time

  • total time for correct answers

To see full scores click on full quiz ranking and a table will open listing all participants.
