Creating a new Staff member

In order to create a player you need to prepare:
Profile picture
Staff's member personal data
To create a new player:
Go to staff's Dashboard
click on the red New Profile button above the table
New player form will open.
Provide personal information:
First Name
Last Name
Short Name
Date of Birth
Nationality
Press the save button. An expanded form will open containing:
Squad information
Data providers
Social Media Profiles
Spotify playlist
Career information
Squads will display:
Squad Photo
Squad name
Season
Squad Status
Player Status
Profile Status
Publication Date
To add a Staff member to a sqad press the red add to squad button. Team selection window will appear.
Click on the players team to add.
Then select season. Staff's squad profile will apear. Provide the role from previously configured roles.
Decide if the staff member should be visible in the squad by marking the appropriate check field.
To add the profile picture, click on the file from library button. The Media Library panel will appear.
If you do not have files in media library you can also add images directly from your computer. To do this you need to:
Open library by pressing File from library
Press Add files
Press add files from disk or drag them directly onto the grey field.
A toast message will appear informing if the upload was successful.
Your file is now in the library. Press close to go back to the form.
Select the image. And press add selected button
If you have an image already uploaded go to step 6.
Publication options allow you to decide if and when the staff member will be visible on your website.
To save draft select the save draft button located below status
To publish now select the now option
Then press on the publish now button.
To schedule publication:
Select the plan option
select the date
Click on the schedule publication button
To unpublish a player select save as a draft button when an event is already published.
To check the publication status see the status field above save draft button.
Status field will display:
Draft status - the staff member will not be visible
Published status - when the staff member is visible to visitors. Date and time of publication will also be visible.
Scheduled for publication - when you have selected plan option the future date of the publication will be displayed next to the status.
Press save button to finish editing staff's member's squad information.
Added squad will apear in the squad section.
You can provide social media links to your staff's official accounts. Simply put the direct url in the full format inside social media fields and the links will display on your website in staff's profile. Supported media are: Facebook, X, Instagram
You can provide a link to staff's spotify playlist To display the playlist in staff's profile on your website paste a link in the field.
Once you have completed setting up Staff's profile press save and a notification will appear informing you if the changes have been saved.
