NEW FORM
To create new form:
Go to the Survey's Dashboard
Click on New Form Button
New Form will Open
PROVIDING DATA
TEMPLATE DETAILS
Provide Template Name and Cover Image.
VISIBILITY OPTIONS
Select platforms you want your survey visible:
Web(desktop)
Mobile and TV apps
COVER IMAGE
To add the profile picture, click on the file from library button. The Media Library panel will appear.
If you do not have files in media library you can also add images directly from your computer. To do this you need to:
Open library by pressing File from library
Press Add files
Press add files from disk or drag them directly onto the grey field.
A toast message will appear informing if the upload was successful.
Your file is now in the library. Press close to go back to the form.
Select the image. And press add selected button
If you have an image already uploaded go to step 6.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
CATEGORIES
Categories serve as main segregation tool for the content displayed on your website according to the structure and/or the activity of your organisation.
To add a category click on categories field and select previously created categories from a dropdown menu.
ADDING FEATURES
Select Features from Feature List. Features will appear in Menu section in your Page builder.

PUBLICATION OPTIONS
When the template is ready press save and new template tile will appear in the Dashboard.
MANAGING THE TEMPLATE
After the survey is published you can now further edit the survey. see the Managing Surveys article.
